Why This is a Live Online Workshop

and Not an Evergreen Course

We spend so much time behind screens, scrolling past each other’s work, admiring from afar—but real growth happens when we gather, share, and learn together.

I want this to be interactive, personal, and connected—not just a pre-recorded course.

When we gather(even on online), we get to know each other, share our wins and struggles, and build confidence in how we show up creatively.

I want to be there to answer your questions, guide you through the process, and offer feedback in real time.

This workshop is designed to feel supportive, inspiring, and personal. You don’t have to do this alone.

What We’ll Cover Each Week

  • Week 1: Flower & Garden Photography + Video

Learn to capture the beauty of your flowers and garden in a natural, effortless way. We’ll explore natural light, composition, and how to use imagery to tell a story, along with simple ways to incorporate video into your creative process. While I use a DSLR Camera for photography, I keep video simple—mostly using my iPhone and a mini drone. I’ll share my process for both, so you can find what works best for you.

  • Week 2: Lightroom Editing & Video

My approach to editing is simple and natural—no fuss, just bringing out the beauty of what I capture. I’ll walk you through how I edit my photos in Lightroom, so you can create edits that feel cohesive and true to your brand. While I don’t edit my videos, I’ll share how I piece them together, adjust length, and the app I use to keep things easy.

  • Week 3: Growing Flowers – My Approach

I’ll share how I grow and style flowers for photography, from planning my garden to harvesting blooms at the perfect stage. We’ll talk about what has worked for me, what I’ve learned along the way, and how to create a space that inspires your creativity.

  • Week 4: Personal Branding & Social Media (Even if You’re Not a Business!)

Branding isn’t just for a business—it’s about showing up online in a way that feels like you. Whether you want to share your work as a creative, get featured in magazines, or simply document your garden as a passion project. We’ll talk about creating a cohesive aesthetic, sharing your work with confidence, and how slow storytelling can help you connect with the right audience.

  • 🍂 Bonus Fall Session: Date to be Determined

A Q&A session + a seasonal check-in on fall planting, ordering bulbs and seeds, putting the garden to bed, and reflecting on the season.

Who is this for

This is for flower lovers, beginner photographers, artists, and creatives who want to tell their story through imagery, without overcomplicating the process. While this workshop is rooted in my love for flowers, the approach to storytelling, photography, and creative sharing can be adapted to other art forms. If you’re drawn to slow, intentional creativity, you’ll feel at home here.

  • 🌿 If you’ve ever felt unsure about how to share your creativity online

  • 🌿 If you love flowers and want to photograph them in a way that feels natural

  • 🌿 If you want to build a personal brand—whether as a hobby or something more
